Firstly, you’re amazing. Thanks so much for this impact you are making.

In order to keep communication smooth, we request evidence for each day and milestone. Most of this will be submitted via a form once or twice a month. But we’d love to see your selfies in the classroom in our chat groups as well.

Evidence:

“Day Goals” evidence is primarily the selfies and photos you take at the classroom.

But may also include the outcomes created by learners or the attendance register of the day. ( We’ll be building better tools for this as we move along, but for now our reporting is quite simple.)

Milestone Evidence is directly related to the specific milestone. For example, if the milestone is to create a Coding Club, then a filled out Club Ethos sheet and Club Profile along with a photo and list of the founding members is evidence.

We pay via Mukuru or World Remit, but if this is not available for your country an alternative is arranged.

Payments are made monthly, and are calculated based on the number of “Day Goals”and milestones reached which the coach has listed and attached evidence for.
